Holy Cannoli is a woman-owned and operated coffee shop with a twist on traditional cannolis. While studying abroad in Italy, Kristine became enamored by cafés, cannolis, and the simplicity behind a seemingly complex culture. In 2012, after becoming aware of the low quality ingredients and the artificial flavors, dyes, and preservatives commonly used in many foods, she began cooking and baking using only real, all-natural ingredients, with the dream of one day bringing high quality ingredients to her own café.
In 2020, Kristine began whipping up homemade traditional cannolis, and soon had the idea to add real fruits, vegetables and spices to the cannoli cream to create fun flavors of cannoli filling.
Since then, and with the help of some friends, Holy Cannoli was officially formed to provide a coffee shop experience that offers simple, high quality drinks and bites in a welcoming and relaxing environment.
